There are no refunds at East End Esthetics. When booking an appointment you are consenting to this policy.
in the event of
EYELASH EXTENSIONS
ALLERGIES: allergies popping up, we will be unable to refund you as that is an unforeseeable circumstance. We will be happy to provide a removal free of charge.
FALL OUT: if your lashes are falling out within the first 24 hours and it is more than just the normal couple of lashes you may reach out to schedule a time to see technician to evaluate. Please note, our techs are trained to be able to notice if you picked, pulled, got them wet, went swimming, worked out , sat in sauna etc. within the first 24 hours.
LASH LIFT:
in the event your lashes fall within the first 24 hours, please reach out to EEE to schedule a time for a technician to evaluate and possibly re-lift them.
in the event, they fall a second time we will be happy to take a look again but cannot provide the service again, as you may not be a candidate for a lash lift.
please note, if the service is re-done and the lashes are not lifted again, we will not be able to provide you with any help without seeing them in person.
BROW LAMINATON
if your brows are not taking or you are very enflamed please check that you are not pregnant before reaching out for a refund. Hormones during pregnancy will effect the hairs and skin on the face and it may not take.
FACIALS
In the event you are unsatisfied with your facial, please reach out to the lead esthetician to talk through your concerns. although there are no refunds, EEE will be happy to help with your needs.
